Last Resort

Last Resort is Soliman Bay's newest arrival: a ten-suite beachfront property opening in November 2026, designed to be booked whole. Rather than let a small group rattle around a large villa, or share a hotel with strangers, Last Resort gives an entire boutique hotel — restaurant, bar, rooftop, and private beach included — to a single party of up to twenty-four.

The scale is what sets it apart. Ten suites sit across two buildings linked by tropical courtyards: two king suites facing the ocean directly, two with a partial sea view, four looking into the jungle, and two queen rooms built for pairs of guests sharing a room. Every suite carries the same level of craft and attention to detail through to its bathroom, several of which open straight onto the view.

The restaurant takes the full ground floor of the front building, opening directly onto the pool and the beach beyond. Behind it, in one wing of the second building, a rustic timber bar sits opposite the resident kitchen — the only room in the house with a television. A pool with its own jacuzzi anchors the outdoor living, while a rooftop terrace above holds two firepits built for watching the sun go down over the Caribbean.
