What villas work for corporate offsites?
Onze Xpu-Ha (7 bedrooms, 23 guests, with a main deck that doubles as a workspace) is the most popular. For smaller leadership teams: Villa Mariola or Kevali (5–6 bedrooms, more intimate). For larger all-hands: Hacienda Caracol or Villa Blanca.
Is WiFi reliable enough for work?
Yes. Every villa has fiber or high-speed cable internet with backup failover. We run speed tests regularly and can share current numbers. For mission-critical sessions, a portable 5G hotspot is available as a second line.
Can you arrange workspace setups?
Yes. Extra monitors, whiteboards, projectors, breakout-room configurations, and outdoor work areas can all be pre-set. For multi-day offsites, we typically dedicate one deck or dining area as a workspace for the duration.
Can you handle dietary restrictions for a team of 15–25?
Yes. Share the team's restrictions in advance and the chef builds menus that accommodate everything without turning each meal into a buffet of special plates. Most teams find the food quality is materially better than a hotel conference center.
Can you coordinate team activities?
Yes. Private boat charters for snorkeling or fishing, cenote tours, cooking classes, group breathwork, mezcal tastings, and cultural visits are all easy to arrange. The rule we've learned: one structured activity per day is enough. Over-scheduling kills the point of the offsite.
