Frequently asked questions about Weddings & Romance

Can we host a wedding at a villa?

Yes. Several villas in the portfolio — Villa Blanca, Hacienda Caracol, Onze Xpu-Ha, Villa Mariola — are designed for weddings of 20 to 150 guests. The villa becomes the home base for the wedding party and the venue for the ceremony and reception if you want it to.

Do you work with wedding planners?

Yes. We have a short list of planners in Tulum and the Riviera Maya we introduce couples to. They handle the heavy lifting; we handle the villa side. Couples bringing their own planner are also welcome — we brief them on villa logistics and constraints.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak season (November–March), 9 to 12 months minimum. Some properties book 18 months out for wedding dates. Off-season (May–October) is more flexible and often dramatically better value.

Is Tulum good for honeymoons?

Extraordinary, especially outside the main beach zone. A small beachfront villa on Soliman Bay or a jungle house near Sian Ka'an gives you the privacy a hotel can't. Shorter stays work too — three to five nights post-wedding is plenty for a reset.

Can you arrange proposals?

Yes. Private beach setups, cenote proposals, boat proposals, sunset dinner proposals — we've helped with all of them. Share the idea and any specific details with the concierge and we'll work with you to make it feel effortless.
