Concierge Services Agreement

Whether you’re gathering for a family retreat or celebrating a special occasion, let us personalize your travel experience. Private Villas International LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), through its local subsidiaries and/or service providers, offers Concierge Services (“Concierge Services”) to complement your stay.
Our Concierge Services range from the essentials like ground transportation and pre-arrival fridge stocking to the delights of in-villa massages, themed dining experiences, personalized menus, private tours, and water-sports action. Our dedicated team is here to assist you in crafting a personalized itinerary to make every minute of your trip unique, ensuring a memorable experience across any destination within our portfolio.
By utilizing our Concierge Services, you and your guests agree to follow all applicable rules and guidelines. You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests during the use of these services. This policy ensures a respectful and enjoyable experience for all our guests, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and service across all services managed by Company and its subsidiaries.
Purchases
You are required to pay all applicable fees related to your use of any Concierge Services arranged through our websites, emails, or team members, including services provided by subsidiaries and service providers. Some Concierge Services may be directly charged by the service provider. We will inform you in advance about the payment method for these services.
By providing payment, you authorize Company and its subsidiaries to charge you for goods or services, taxes, and additional charges for extra services. We may utilize a third-party payment processor for these transactions. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel the requested Concierge Services. You acknowledge and agree that in addition to the direct cost of the services, Company and its subsidiaries may receive a service charge, commission, referral, or concierge fee, which may be included in the guest fee or received directly from the service provider.
Company and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse Concierge Services for any reason. If services are declined and you have already made a payment, you will be entitled to a refund. We may offer promotional features and rates at our discretion and reserve the right to modify the fees for any or all Concierge Services at any time.
Please be aware that until the Concierge Services and/or reservations are confirmed by either Company, its subsidiaries, or the third-party service provider, all Concierge Services requests are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change.
Access to the Property
We and/or the applicable third-party service provider will have the right to enter the reserved accommodation to perform such services on the confirmed date of the service.
Third-Party Agreements
Certain third-party providers of goods or services, engaged through Company or any of its subsidiaries, may require your agreement to additional or different terms prior to your use of or access to their goods or services. This may include liability waivers for engaging in hazardous activities. Company, along with its subsidiaries, disclaims any and all responsibility or liability arising from such agreements between you and the third-party providers.
Transportation Services Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Transportation services arranged through the Company are provided by independent third-party transportation providers. While we make reasonable efforts to coordinate and recommend reliable transportation partners, the Company does not operate, control, or guarantee transportation services.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, failures to perform, missed connections, missed flights, or other disruptions related to transportation services, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, mechanical issues, acts of third parties, governmental actions, force majeure events, or driver availability.
By booking transportation services through the Company, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All transportation services are performed solely by third-party providers;
- Any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from transportation delays or failures must be pursued directly with the transportation provider; and
- The Company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to missed flights, additional accommodation costs, rebooking fees, lost travel expenses, or other related losses.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the number of guests, including group bookings, and survives the completion or termination of Concierge Services.
Cancellation of Concierge Services
Cancellation policies for third-party products and services are governed by the policies of the individual provider. If you cancel within a timeframe deemed non-refundable by the provider, neither Company nor any of its subsidiaries will provide refunds for these services.
Waiver and Release
By purchasing or utilizing any Concierge Services, you release Company and its subsidiaries, along with their representatives, from any liability arising out of accidents, loss, damage, illnesses, or injury related to your use of the Concierge Services. Company and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your engagement with these services. Participation in activities deemed dangerous is at your own risk. You bear full responsibility for your own actions and those of individuals you invite to participate, including minors.
Cash
As a recommendation, it’s always a good idea to have cash available. Mexico is a cash society, tips are common across the hospitality sector and your money will go further if you have Mexican pesos. US dollars are widely accepted without hesitation.
