Villa La Semilla and Villa Soliman sit on adjoining plots along Soliman Bay, a sheltered stretch of coastline where a natural reef keeps the water calm enough for swimming straight from the sand. Booked together, the two villas form a single eleven-suite compound — the closest thing on the Riviera Maya to a private beachfront hamlet.

Villa La Semilla brings five suites across whitewashed wood floors and rustic beams, each with its own terrace and hammock. A rooftop pool looks out over sea and jungle, while a ground-floor games room holds a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. Villa Soliman adds six more suites, all with ocean views and private outdoor space, including a rooftop suite with its own plunge pool. A second pool sits at ground level, alongside a private living room and bar.

Together the two houses run to three pools, two fully staffed kitchens, and a stretch of beach that answers to no one else. Kayaks and paddleboards launch straight from the sand on either side; a natural reef keeps the snorkelling calm.
