Frequently asked questions about Group Trips & Celebrations

How large a group can a single villa host?

Our largest villas sleep up to 26 guests (Villa Blanca, Hacienda Caracol). For groups beyond that, we often combine two adjacent villas — giving each sub-group privacy while sharing beach and dining space. Largest we've coordinated: 42 guests across two villas.

Can you coordinate group logistics?

Yes. Welcome dinners, rehearsal events, group excursions, photography, transportation, and arrival coordination all run through a single point of contact. You get one planner for the week — no group chat with ten vendors.

What's the best villa for a milestone birthday?

Depends on the vibe. For a quieter anniversary or 50th: Villa Mariola or Kevali (5–6 bedrooms, intimate). For a bigger celebration with music and a crowd: Hacienda Caracol or Villa Blanca. The concierge can walk you through trade-offs based on your specific list.

Can we bring in a DJ, band, or live entertainment?

Yes. Most villas accommodate DJs, live musicians, mariachis, fire dancers, and sound systems — with sensible quiet-hour coordination with neighboring villas. Larger estates (Caracol, Blanca) are better suited for amplified music than smaller boutique homes.

What's the minimum notice for booking a group trip?

Technically, none — but realistically, six to nine months gets you the best villas for peak dates. For weddings or major milestones in December–March, plan twelve months out if possible.
