Frequently asked questions about Dining

Do you book restaurant reservations for villa guests?

Yes. Your concierge can book any restaurant in Tulum, Cabo, or Punta Mita, usually with same-day availability at places that otherwise require weeks of notice. Share your dates after booking and we'll put together a dining plan for the week if you'd like one.

Can we have private chef dinners at the villa?

Yes. Every villa in our selection includes daily chef service, and additional dinners (tasting menus, group events, themed nights) can be arranged with simple notice. Menus are built around your preferences and what's in season. No rigid menu books — just a conversation with the chef before the stay.

Which restaurants do you recommend in Tulum?

For signature Tulum dinner: Hartwood. For a quieter evening: Arca. For long lunches by the sea: Posada Margherita. For design-led atmosphere: Wild. Beyond those, we rotate recommendations based on who's in season and who's actually delivering at the moment.

Are reservations hard to get during high season?

Yes, at the top tables. December through March gets booked out weeks in advance at places like Hartwood and Arca. With enough notice — ideally at the time of villa booking — we can usually secure the evenings that matter. Last-minute is possible but not guaranteed.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Fully. Chefs build around gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, allergies, and religious preferences without any compromise on the experience. Share details with your concierge before arrival and we'll brief the team in advance.
